At Kurtz Law we make your safety, and our own, a top priority. To the extent possible, we have limited consultations to telephone and video conferences.
In exceptional circumstances, we can meet in a spacious conference room where social distancing is possible.
We will always wear masks and require the same of our clients during any in-person contact.
Documents can be exchanged via email or Dropbox and signed electronically via SignRequest, an electronic signature service that is enforceable the same as an actual signature in North Carolina.
We request our clients provide us with electronic copies of documents to reduce the exchange of physical items.
